Frequently Asked Questions

Still have some questions? Below we collected some answers.

What is the primary purpose of MyWay Route Planner?

The primary purpose of the MyWay Route Planner is to save you time and money by reducing the need for manual route planning and minimizing mileage travelled. Our route planning software is specifically designed to cut down on route planning time and efficiently plan routes with multiple locations in a matter of seconds.

Do you offer a free trial?

Absolutely! We do offer a 7-day free trial that allows you to experience all features MyWay Route Planner has. The best part is – you do not have to share your credit card details with us to start your free trial. All will be handled by Apple AppStore and Google Play Store. Simple & Safe.

How does a 7-day free trial work?

Every MyWay Route Planner plan starts with a free trial if you are new to our app or did not have a trial before. At any time during the first 7 days, you can upgrade to a paid plan or cancel it through Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore. If you prefer to cancel your plan within 7 days of signing up, you won’t be charged a single penny.

What happens once my trial ends?

If your free trial comes to an end and you did not cancel it, you will be charged. If you forgot to cancel it - no drama. Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore can provide you with a refund without any issues. Unfortunately, if you cancel your plan/get a refund, you can no longer use the full version of MyWay Route Planner (you can always subscribe again, though). However, we provide a lot for free for those who only need some bells and whistles. Our free plan is generous, and it's the most generous plan on the market. The decision is yours.

What is not included in 7-days free trial?

In your 7-days free trial, you can enjoy all features MyWay Route Planner has to offer, and you don't need to pay during these 7 days trial.

Do you charge for the software onboarding process for me and my team?

Absolutely not. Getting appropriately onboarded is key to your long-term success with MyWay Route Planner. Actually, we do not even have an onboarding process like other apps do. We do not require any account creation or business setup. You simply download the app, and you are good to go. However, we are here to help you if you need a hand. We have chat support and email support if you need any assistance.

Are there any contracts, setup fees, or hidden fees?

NO! Nobody likes such surprises and hidden things. Our prices and offer are straightforward, and we do not have any hidden fees. We are here to help and not screw you with fees and contracts.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we have! If you decide to subscribe to an annual subscription plan, you will get a good discount. It depends on the country, but we try keeping it around 40% off. Enjoy it.

Is there any cancellation fee?

Nope! Cancellation hurts us, so we don’t want to hurt you too by paying a cancellation fee. If you no longer need our service, you can cancel anytime. Apple AppStore and Google Play Store handle all cancellations, so we are as transparent as can be.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your trial or subscription whenever you want and you’ll stop being charged immediately. No need for notice, no dramas, no hard feelings. Thanks for being our customer.

Do you have support?

Absolutely! That being said, a good user experience is when you don’t need support. However, if you do need support, we are more than happy to help you. You can get in touch with our team by live-chat (maybe not so live as we could be in a different time zone) or by an email to [email protected].

Do you have a special price for non-profit?

Yes, we do. We love people who are passionate about helping others. We can provide you with a special discount if you share some details of your non-profit organization with us. Keep it in mind that special price will work only for the first year (as per Apple AppStore and Google Play policy).

Is MyWay easy to use?

Yes. It usually takes just a few minutes to learn how to use the app, create and execute routes. Our app is simple, and a majority of drivers do not require any special training or setup. For those who like reading instructions, we have a pretty solid Knowledge Base with many topics covered.

What is the limit of free stops for my country?

At this moment all counties have a limit of 20 stops on a free plan. The app will show you a paywall if you reach the limit of free stops or have been actively using app for business activities.

Why do we charge subscription instead of one time fee?

As an app, MyWay Route Planner has a free offer and paid subscription for those who use our app for business or need more stops and functions. Monthly, we pay for app infrastructure, 3rd party services (map provider, address databases, servers), salaries, R&D expenses, etc. We also don't have ads, so we rely on subscriptions to exist and grow. The app price is only 1-2 gallons (3-6 letters) of petrol, so it will be worth it and can be recovered after only ONE optimization. Also, we have discounts for those who work in non-profit organizations and volunteers so that we can play our part in making this world a better place together.
